This is our last set of Jubilee mugs.
This product includes six Tove's Jubilee mugs in one package. One of the six mugs is a special mug including a pair of printed glasses inside the mug (see picture).
In 2014, 100 years will have past since the birth of Tove Jansson (1914-2001). In honor of the beloved author, this will be celebrated in different ways around the world. Arabia celebrates the artist with the Tove Jubilee series, available for a limited time only. For each product sold, two euros goes to Unicef to support children's education around the world. As inspiration for the Jubilee series, the designer Tove Slotte used the book The Dangerous Journey from 1977. In the book, the character Susanna loses her glasses but finds another pair to replace them. Through these glasses she sees the world in a different light.
The Jubilee series is available during a limited time only and the mug is decorated with a scene from the Moomins' garden party.
